James Barker

James was born in 1763 and his christening took place on August 14th, 1763 in Ashdon, Essex, England.¹   James' father was Robt. Barker and his mother is Mary Matthews.  His paternal grandfather is John Barker and his paternal grandmother was Susannah. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named Ansel, John, Hannah, Mary, Elisabeth, Mary, Susan, Sarah, Jane and Sarah.  Sarah and James were twins.  He died at the age of 7 in 1770.  He was buried on April 1st, 1770 in Ashdon, Essex, England.¹
