Shipping Agent (Heussler & Francksen) shows an invoice for £32.4 for passage for 4 persons, Conrad, Dorothea, Carl and Marie Staier; sailing from Hamburg via La Rochelle, Caps Yurge to Brisbane on the 28 April 1862. [It appears the invoice is written on arrival in Australia, requesting the balance of £2.4 be paid within 14 days. It appears Conrad paid a £30 deposit but market price now determines the fare to have been £32.4]
