St Giles in the Fields is a municipality in London, Middlesex, England.

St Giles is a district of London, England. It is the location of the church of St Giles in the Fields. The combined parishes of St Giles in the Fields and St George's Bloomsbury formed the St Giles District of the Metropolis from 1855 to 1900. The local government of London was reorganised in 1900 and St Giles became part of the Metropolitan Borough of Holborn. Since 1965 it has been part of the London Borough of Camden.
