Florence was born on April 3rd, 1916. Florence's father was Charles Edward Kapper and her mother was Olive Emmitt. Her paternal grandparents were George Michel Kapper and Emma Lorette Kassulke. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Edward, Bernard, Oswald, Olive, Mavis and Dorothy. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 47 on July 18th, 1963.
