Bought a demonstration model Buick from Lunn's Garage in Gin Gin. Bought a half acre block (39 Harriet Street, renamed Powers Street in 1930's), had house built, named it 'Kanbrae'.
Obituary in local paper said - he died at home in 'Powers street'.
